Terms & Conditions

  1. Deposit & Payment

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

  2. Cancellations

    Payments are non-refundable. Where applicable, LC Events may offer a postponement or credit for up to 6 months, subject to availability.

  3. Hire Items

    All décor, equipment, furniture and flowers are provided on a hire basis and must remain with LC Events. Lost or damaged items may incur repair or replacement costs.

  4. Security Bond

    A refundable security bond may be required and will be returned once all hired items have been checked and confirmed undamaged and clean.

  5. Weather

    For outdoor events, clients are responsible for having a suitable Plan B. Setups may be adjusted where weather conditions are unsafe.

  6. Access & Parking

    Additional fees may apply for difficult access, stairs, long carries or parking costs.

  7. Damage & Safety

    Clients are responsible for the care of all hired items and for supervising guests, children and pets around the setup.

  8. Photography & Social Media

    LC Events may use photos and videos of the setup for social media, advertising and promotional purposes unless you advise us in writing before your event.
